Welcome to my blog. This is where you will find the (often unexpressed) thoughts of a regular person. Specifically, my thoughts. You may know who I am in real life, or you may not. Neither has a significant difference as this blog is intended for anyone. Whether you’re lost in life, figuring things out, or even have your life working out very well— this might be the place for you. So, feel free to stay. Don’t hesitate to wander around or even walk from room to room (i.e. from one post to another, ha ha).

I've come across numerous posts where people say, "I don't know what I want to do with my life". I was in high school at the time, and being the know-it-all that I used to be, I couldn't quite understand why. I felt like I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my life. I wanted to graduate, go to university, get a good job, and probably get married. Live a wonderful life, somewhere nice, and making just enough money to live more than comfortably. That was over four years ago. Fast forward to now. I just finished studying Business and Finance in university. Graduated cum laude and was involved in several student activities. I even got an award and scholarship. But by God, time can really turn everything around. I now know nothing. I wanted to work at big firms, possibly consulting or even the Big Four. This Week's Discovery: Tempted by Tempesst

Hey, so good to see you here!  It was a pretty mundane Monday and I'm thinking of doing a little shoutout to some underrated arts/artists out there. Why not, right? This series will be called "This Week's Discovery" but it's obviously subject to change (I can't think of a more clever title now lol).  First of all, let's define what underrated means. I am very much aware of the massive subjectiveness when it comes to this word. By definition, it is supposed to mean "not rated or valued highly enough". Some people might think Sufjan Stevens is underrated (which I won't deny) and that statement is completely valid. Perhaps they believe Sufjan deserves the fame equivalent to Taylor Swift's, which again, I do not disagree with. However, some people would definitely shit talk on it by saying that Sufjan is actually well-known. So... what does something have to be in order to qualify for the underrated category?
